Not a bad professor, but he seems to not be in tuned with the flow of class in reference to testing and he uses a lot of class time talking about his personal life and letting the whole class talk about their lives. Takes too long to go over chapters.

Dr. Harris is nice but his lectures are not directly related to the text. There are only three grades in the class so if you are not a good test taker avoid. His tests are as he put it "challenging"

He was a good teacher. He seemed a bit unapproachable, but I dealt mor ewith the TA so it never hindered my comprehension of the material. He did answer questions well and engaged the class to get more than just his and the book's opinion which was nice.

He is so awesome. Don't buy the text book if you just want to pass this class but the book is cool to read. What you should do is just be in class, takes good notes, participate in the research to get extra point and at the end, you will get an A.

He is so awesome. You don't have to buy the book for this course as what he expects from you is going to class, and take notes, sometimes you don't have to. Have to go to discussion cause it helps you a lot if you don't go to the lecture. But his lecture is very funny, you shouldn't miss it.

Dr. Harris is one the best professors at UMSL. He is highly intelligent!!!!! He most definitely cares about his job and teaching. If he can be tough - he is doing his job - making us learn. That is what we pay for. He is highly intelligent, listen to him!

Dr Harris is a good teacher. He knows his subject well & he uses many personal examples when teaching. His tests are TOUGH though. You must keep up with all notes & readings.
