I qualified for Honors English on the placement exam and had mostly "A's" all four years of high school. BUT, I barely passed her corse with a "C". She has very very limited office hours for her students. She also, tells her students to use the Writing Center (who are qualified tutors) YET, she says that 90% of the advise given is incorrect.

She is not at all a good teacher. She grades tough, and when you want to know why you were given the grade she cannot explain. She doesn't clearly state what the assignments are, and she is the only person i know who can smile when talking about 9-11 and people dying. I regret ever taking her class. SERIOUSLY CRAZY.

Terrible. Very subjective grading policy. Very mundane assignments. She actually had a "supplies check" where she randomly grades you on whether you brought your book, folder, stapler and journal with you that day. I seen anything that childish since 5th grade. If you need to take 111, take Pruden, Leggatt, or Bob Bausch. Bekhor is the worst!

Worst teacher I've had at NoVa in 2 years. Do not take this woman's class, she has no buisness teaching college. Very strict and innane assignments made me feel like I was in the 8th grade.

she is very mean!!! do not take this class. She is too strickt. In the begining she is nice and easy,but towards the end of the semester she is not helpful at all. She is also very picky. I don't recomend this class at all!!!!!!!
