ODU students will miss professor Cunningham!! He is the best marketing teacher I have had at the University. He genuinely cares about each of his students and wants to see you do well in all areas of your life. He teaches from life experiences which I think are valuable in the real world. Great Professor! Wish I could take him again!!

Best teacher that I have had so far at ODU. Made me want to switch my major to marketing. Lectures are fun and interesting, uses a lot of acronyms to help you remember things like CREST! LOVED this class :)

Excellent teacher...clear, concise, comical, fair and helpful. By far one of the best Profs. at ODU. I've taken 4 classes with him and wouldn't hesitate to take 4 more. A great asset. If you get a poor grade, you need to drop out of school because all it takes is a little effort and good attendance.

Comment:

Professor Cunningham is hilarious and witty. He is extremely intelligent and has a near photographic memory. The subject matter of marketing can be a bit boring from time to time, but Cunningham makes it more interesting. He can be tough to those who slack off or don't study, but he is fair and just. I recommend him.

Dr. Cunningham is a great professor. His second test is hard but you get used to it by the time the third test comes around. He outlines the chapter in class so you just have to study that and fill in the explanations from the book. Highly recommended.

HE seems like a cool guy. Main problem he does notes from off the top of his head. That makes it hard to know exactly what he wants on the test. Doesn't go into book detail. He teaches in his own words but still expects you to read the book.

Professor Cunningham is one of the best that ODU has to offer. You dont have to buy the text if you go to class. A big plus is he doesnt put anything on a test that he has not said in class. I recommend him to all mktg prospects.

He's a great teacher. He makes this class so easy. Attendance is not mandatory, but if you go to class you only have to study your notes for the test. He will not put material on the test if he didn't talk about it in class. Easy A and I highly recommend taking his class.

Dr. Cunningham is an awesome professor with a lot of energy! He is goofy and makes things very clear as to what he test you on. Make sure you go to every class because his tests are directly from the notes. And if he says to look up something in the book, do it! Enjoy the class, he's great!

impossible not to like his teaching(especially is your a mktg major) because he teachs things that you acually use in real life instead of just using the book. go to class and take notes and write down details and make sure you understand everything he says. if not go to his office hours cause he would look over your notes and quiz you sometimes. t

I hated this teacher. He did more talking than he did teaching. He claimed that coming to class everyday would help your grade, which was a straight lie. He doesn't email you and he claims his questions come from his notes, which is another straight lie.
