wonderful teacher. Took her class at GCC and absolutely loved having her as a teacher. She would always help when you had a question and bumped up your grades if she found places to. she also stayed after class with me for 3 hours when I could not pass a test. she let me retake it until i passed with an 80 and helped me the entire time.

Excellent teacher! I was horrible at Algebra prior to Mrs Rigerman and I passed this class with an A. Very good at explaining things if you do not get it. Also, very good with adult students that work full time and attend college also, does not assign a lot of homework and has no deadline on it.

Comment:

Extremely easy if you pay attention. Rigerman is always willing to help out if you need it. The class may drag on since all you do is take notes, but the notes and homework help you understand the material for the tests and quizzes. I was horrible at Math and got an A in this class. Rigerman is truly the best math teacher I have ever had.

Dr. Rigerman created a very open and welcoming atmosphere. Unlike many teachers I have previously had, she actually corrects the homework! When a question was asked, she took as much time as needed to make sure it was answered!

Very monotone and class was always the same (everything done on overheads). Goes through material too fast and constantly makes mistakes. Unless you already like math and are good at it, I wouldn't recommend taking a class with her. She's not mean or unfair, though, so it wouldn't be terrible.

She is the sweetest woman ever. She is really nice and won't fail you if you try. Her exams are somewhat difficult, but if you speak to her during office hours that helps a lot.
