This class was very fun. We got to go on the ropes course, but if you're afraid of heights don't worry, if you cheer everyone else on, you'll get credit. Mrs Collins gives you plenty of extra credit opportunities. She allows you to bring food on test days. If you need to take this class, make sure you get Mrs. Collins as your professor.

The class is centered around a group project that will require you to do work outside the class so i suggest you pick a project that you will be happy to volunteer for. This is a easy class. She only assigns two tests and the final and her reason for assigning outside work is so that you will have experience in the outside world which i agree with.

DO NOT TAKE unless want to do ALOT of outside community service. It is NOT optional she makes every class do it & its outside of class time! AVOID this class with this instructor - its more like a high school class. She lectures from powerpoint, we regurgitate on tests, & do LOTS of REQUIRED community service!!!!

I liked her, she will help you pass! But a lot of writing, and very religious.. Umm the only complain is the project that requires extra HOURS outside of classroom hours. But other than that the ropes course was pretty fun.

LOVED HER! Her classes are fun and super interesting. She takes her classes outside to show them hands-on how her class applies to real life. Her tests are easy and she gives you food during the tests! I would recommend her to everyone!

Amazing teacher loved every minute of it. This is a class that will never be boring. The only kinda bad thing is you do write a lot but its easy writing. Wish I could take it again.

She is an awesome teacher, very helpful and caring. You will get out what you put into this class. If you are willing to be open you will learn and will be better for it. I enjoyed this class so much due to Mrs. Collins and my classmates. We truly connected and it made a difference in people's lives.

She is sooo high strung, everything is a tragedy. Somebody who has to announce Im a christian, isnt a christian in my eyes! If you are baptist your sure to pass! And omg everyday is another boring powerpoint!!

Everyone loves her, but I dont get it. She is too hyper at 800 and so over the top sometimes its just annoying. She seems like she cares, but I think she is fake and just wants to look good to other people. Her tests are a joke! The test are hard compared to her laid back approach in the class room.

evil is a good way to explain this one.... she seems so nice at first but she chooses her favorites and then refuses to help anyone else. she gives lots of homework and expects way too much for a speech class... example: the ropes course. mandatory attendance.

This class was by far my favorite,& most learned from class. Their is a bit of homework, but it is literally word for word out of the book. There are also some presentations; but they are simple. The point of this class is not if you do your homework or not, it's what you take from the class. Get Mrs. Collins for Speech! You won't regret it!!
