Dr. Chambers is highly respected among the graduate students at Kutztown. She treats students as professionals and works with them. Her courses require a lot of practical work. I learned so much from taking her courses. She understands we are working teachers and takes that into consideration with attendance and assignments.

Dr. Chambers can be helpful and give good feedback; sometimes. Most times, though, she is unprofessional and even sometimes screams at the class or calls students names before storming out of the room. Her class is hard simply because she is boring and unprofessional, so it takes immense self-control to sit through her lectures.

Her class was very informative but boring. She would go over her class time which was annoying. She was really nice and knew what she was talking about. Her class was a lot of work but i felt that it was helpful.

Grading was incredibly inconsistent. She waited until the very last day to hand back assignments so you had no idea how you were doing until the end. She seems to care more about what the students think of her outside the classroom than the material she should be teaching. She makes a lot of negative comments as well.

Prof. Chambers is a little unorganized. She didn't hand papers back until we came back from the field assignment when we needed them to do our core assignments..if you have to take her, just be prepared and keep on top of her with your papers. She forgets very easily!

Wish I could have recieved the items back I handed in. Hard working teacher however unorganized. She really does care about her students although sometimes does get a bit frustrated when dealing with the "out in the field" situations. Overall, pay attention and YOU be organized and you will be fine.

Dr. Chambers is a very nice woman, I really like her. The class, kind of blah. The tests were unexpectedly hard and grading seemed a bit inconsistent on projects (i.e. you could turn in the same thing as the person next to you and they'd get an A when you get a C...)

She does seem to be a bit "flighty" but she will help you as much as she can. I really liked her as a professor even though she was confusing a lot of the time. She is one of the only professors that really seems to be passionate about helping students. I would recommend her!

AWESOME i love this woman. she is a slightly tough (but fair) grader, but she is an excellent prof, sweet as pie, and always willing to take it to the next level to help a student. If all profs were this dedicated KU would be a wonderful place!
