He is an ok teacher but the worst is that you don't know what your grade is until the end of the quarter. He expects you to do homework but he doesn't check it. Also his lectures start to get tiring because he goes on and on and he tends to get off topic a lot. I wouldn't recommend him, but if you are taking him, do your homework cause it will help
