Took her spanish class and she is a good teacher but expects way to much from her students. The amount of Homework is crazy, and she gets cranky when students dont do it or its not on time. Its not an easy A at all.

Prof. Wyman is an incredible professor who is not only clear & helpful, but riotously funny. Her class while sometimes tedious (as a result of the material) was made so much better because of her passion & dedication to her students. This is not an easy A. Work is required (every daily.) She even provides comprehensive study guides for all tests!

Professor Wyman is excellent. She is very organized and is extremely helpful. If you're confused with anything that is unclear to you, you can always reach her. She also has a great sense of humor! If I could, i would take her again!!!

I took Wyman for winter session and it was SUPER HARD. She is a great teacher, but expects that you really learn and understand the language. She is very organized , and it would be a great class in a normal semester.

I loved her class! She's passionate about what she does and as a result, is very organized. She is very patient, understanding, and never tries to embarrass you. She is a fun teacher and sometimes she even brings her guitar to class and sings with the class in whatever language you're taking (German/Spanish). She is one of the best teachers at SMC.

sue teaches a GREAT class! super organized, very clear and helpful. her class is a joy to attend. class participation is a must, and it really helps with the learning process. keep up with the homework, and do your lab hours on time, and you'll LOVE spanish 1. languages are always some work if you really want to learn, and its worth it!

span 1- Easy homework everyday.Quizs are given once a week and take 30 seconds to complete. Tests are pretty easy. You are able to miss 4 homework assignments, 2 full class days with out penalty. She is very helpful and keeps the class interesting

I took her this past winter semester and I cannot think of a better teacher to be with 3 hours a day, 5 days a week. She's awesome and a great teacher. My spanish 2 teacher is horrible and I wish I had Wyman again!

If you're just taking this class to get through IGETC then this class will be a pain. With that said however, there couldn't be a better teacher. There is a whole lot of homework but it's so hard to hate her for it because unless you already know the language you are well aware how necessary all the work is. She really loves her work, and it shows.

she is i guess a somewhat good teacher. Yet she swear people don't have a life, she gives way to much homework and is very anal towards anything. Don't take her class unless you know some spanish! And i am not joking when i say TOO MUCH HOMEWORK; it's insane!

Can you say the hills are alive. I dont know any other teacher that will bring a guitar to class and sing German songs with here pupils (Julie Andrews) Took her for germ 1&2 and got a B both times. She loves to teach and has a great attitude so let her get to know you. Im a business major and she actually has me thinking about going for german!

I was having an F in this class by the 4th Week of Fall Sem, at the end i ended up with a B+.she is very picky about attendance, just show up to class( must), do the HOMEWORK!!!( help you on tests) and you will have a B for sure.I grantee you all the test and the quizzes come straight from Ecompanion and her review. you will really love her.

She fills the classroom with great energy and makes this course lots of fun! She is very clear, and constantly reviews the material so that students don't feel lost. She wants students to feel comfortable even if they feel insecure about their speaking skills. All the while our class had lots of laughs - I have great memories!
