As the former Director of the MPA department, Dr. Leland truly cares about each student. She will go the extra mile to help, and has well structured lectures that directly reenforce the course readings. Each lecture is broken up with discussions and "case studies" which helps to engage the students with real-world examples. I highly recommend Dr L.

Took this as an online class, and it was pretty easy. Professor is very helpful and gets back to you quickly when you have questions. Very clear in her requirements, which helps alot. Some small (easy) quizzes, essay midterm and final. Not hard at all if you do your reading and study the weekly PPTs. Highly recommended.

I took Leland's online summer class and it went by extremely fast. She was very helpful. There is a lot of reading, a few discussion posts, a few timed quizzes, and two exams. Great professor! Highly recommended.

taking her online class right now and it's incredibly easy. If you keep up with the readings, which you have to because it's structured weekly/daily, you will be fine.quizzes come straight out of the textbook and, so far, the midterm essay was no biggie either. I am a second degree student and this is definitely a beginner/freshman course! so easy!

I was not expecting to only read the book for help. THere was not enough books for this class and I bought it online. The book did not coralate with the quizes and do not bother with the study guides. THey are a waste of time. She always answered emails quickly but was not helpful. I took her online class. Avoid it like the plague.

Suzanne is a good looking woman who knows he stuff. The worst part is the overhead slides. But, if you take good notes and listen to her hints on what to study the class isn't hard. She also has a sense of humor and allows good class dialogue.

She is extra hot!!!!!!!! men, she's hot and she's helpful too but you gatto read. If you dont read, you will fail definitely. Understand the concept of the cases and u good to go!
