Sylvie really came in clutch for me last year. I had to miss a bunch of classes and an exam because I got super sick and she met me at the public library in her spare time to help me understand what was going on in class, and to allow me to write my exam. Because of her willingness to help me, my grade sky rocketed. Honestly such a good lady.
