Professor Harris makes every week's work clear through Canvas. There is almost work due every single day from Wednesday through Sunday every week, but in my opinion it keeps the knowledge fresh when you have to constantly work on it. That said, it takes a lot of time so you should consider it when choosing her class. Extra credit for each exam.

I took her hybrid course and realized that she teaches really well in class, HOWEVER there is a lot of homework. If you keep up with her due dates then you will pass easily with an A. She will work with you but make sure that you are actually trying to understand the concepts.

Currently taking her micro econ class. She doesn't care if you understand the concept. She is usually a chapter behind in class than the quizzes. She requires a full out DEBATE! This is an econ class not a debate class. None of topics have to do anything with Econ. More like political topics. just throws people under the bus and hope they learn.

She is not flexible or caring. Does not give feedback and is a tough grader. Class is extremely reading heavy and has several assignments per week.

Professor Harris is a very tough grader. Took her class online but really had to work for that B. There is a current event and quiz due every week. There is a lot of online homework and a few discussions. Also there is a TON of reading. Be prepared. She is a tough grader especially when it comes to the current events. Make sure to follow criteria!!

This class was difficult. It was a self study class if you asked me. She is a good professor, but the assignments were long and tedious. You NEED to go home and study on your own. You also have a debate which was not hard, but if you are a procrastinator, this class isn't for you.

If you don't really like economics and prefer debate themed classes this is great for you. I actually enjoy economics so taking this class was very disappointing when told we would be having 4 debates, tons of online homework, and tests (relatively easy) that are worth most of your grade. Very nice but is teaching two classes in one. Offers EC.

Pretty good. Focuses on the technical aspects of economics. You need to focus on understanding the material rather than memorizing. Exams are online which allows you to use your textbook. LearnSmarts are easy but the homework assignments are somewhat challenging. I personally found her to be very helpful.

Took this class online. If you take her just make sure you don't miss any assignment date. For her test and quizzes there only available for one day and once that day passes you cant take it again.

Fine micro class. The homework is simple and on a constant schedule. Only a few tests, all reasonable. The content is fine and the workload is easily manageable. However, if you want a professor that makes class interesting, is personable, and passionate, Harris isnt it. Basically being taught by a robot. Nice, but doesnt make class interesting.

She is the absolute worst. Stay away people, you have been warned. She avoids any type of communication with students by responding to emails really late.

She gives tons of HW and quizzes every week, but there are not hard if you are constant with the work. Only two test, everything is in the book. She is very bad at answer mails and grading she takes forever, and usually reply with attitude. But if you want a good grade take her

I've taken online classes before, in which the instructor was very helpful. She's not. Get ready to do all the work, all the research and a lot of homework without any support if you want to get a good grade. I'd pick a different instructor, as she's not helpful at all - even when you have a fair question or request, she only does what she wants.

She's never helpful. The treats well the students she likes, but is not nice at all with the ones she doesn't like (most of us). She's rude for no reason. By the second class I stopped asking questions, and every time I reached out to her was a waste of time. Did all the work by myself. Don't take her!

Do not take this class. The whole class is very unclear. She has no direction and doesn't care to answer the questions you may have. 16+ People made f's on every test. Her homework took up to 4 hours every weekend...

Prof. Harris is very knowledgeable of a complex material. Economics is no joke. It is very subjective and extensive. This is a typical COLLEGE class. Lots of reading, writing, and not so easy group project. However she give credit for just about everything, including attendance and participation. Quizzes average substitute lowest grade (not final)

Alright, she is a little bit nice in personality. But, she expects you to know all of the material with out the lesson. She basically does not teach at all. You are expected to know all of it and she will give you a project in the second hour that you see her. So, GOOD LUCK!
