Tim was a great prof! He's always very happy, and very willing to help. He has a great personality and his class is very fun. I am a terrible writer and i never liked writing classes. Although Tim gives great feedback on papers and he makes the class fun. I highly recommend him!

I have nothing but great comments to say about Tim. If If ever had to thank an instructor it would be him. He is so helpful and nice all the time. The head of the department should give him a gold medal or teacher of the year award. He is outstanding.

Tim is a very interesting and charismatic teacher. He involves his students in open-minded class discussions with unique topics. If your struggling with essay writing, Tim will thoroughly explain with great detail, every technique of your writing that needs improvement. He was hands down the greatest teacher i've ever had at LCC

This is one of the best teachers I have had. I was really worried about this class, but Mr. Maink was so helpful. He helped me to improve my writing and feel confident in my ability. He was there for each student anytime. I hope he continues to teach, he is wonderful at it.

He is a very smart professor who relates to everybody. You write 4 papers on any subjuect that you want. He does alot of inclass peer reviews which are very helpful. Take his class!!!! You will be happy you did!

Kind of biased because this was the only class I didn't get an "A" in. Tim is an excellent professor and will take all the time in the world to help you if you need it. All the essays will drive you INSANE, but that goes along with all writing classes.

He was AWESOME!! i have never learned so much from a writing teacher before and he made this class so fun to come to. he is a really hard grader but it is worth it because writing 122 is so much easier now if you enjoy a challenge and want to become a better writer then take him!!

Tim is AWESOME!! He is my favorite professor at LCC and was very helpful when I was uncertain about something. His sense of humor and teaching style is just the way I like to learn. I always enjoyed coming to class and definetly learned alot from him. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE!!!

Tim had been my favourite writing teacher to date. He's super helpful, insightful, and willing to match every ounce of commitment you put into his courses. While some people have said he grades hard, I felt absolutely no anxiety over my own grades because by the end of the course he makes writing a good paper a walk in the park. A+++ Tim!

I think Tim is a great teacher. He's very helpful, but he does make you work hard. He's also grades very tough, but will help you in the long run. I think that I'm a better writer because of him. I would recommend him to anyone :)
