Tom's an extremely friendly and helpful guy who is very approachable, and willing to offer advice for his class or any other. In the end you'll get what you put in. I didn't get much, and I will probably never get lighting no matter what. The exam is VERY tough, but the group projects aren't bad. Tom's great, but I just didn't like the class.

I learned a lot in this class. I felt it was very well structured and gave me progressively more difficult assignments. I really liked doing the final live performance lighting project. Tom was very helpful and patient with me.
