Comment:

Difficult to keep up with everything, as she assigned two weeks worth of work per each week (one due wed. and one due sun.) When grading, she was very kind and always explained what was missing or why we might have misunderstood something. Overall a great professor- just a lot of work at once.

Comment:

Dr. Hargrove is a super sweet lady, however her classes are lecture based and get very boring. There is tons of readings. I do not feel like I have gained any knowledge of teaching math in any way. On the plus side, she is a super easy grader and her class seems to be an easy A. I will not be taking another class with her.

She is a sweet lady, but her class is kinda boring. Standard math content. I feel like I did not learn much, but she is an easy A. Do the work and you will get the credit. Tests are online and she never talks about your tutoring requirements.

Took this class online. It is not an "easy" class, but you will be challenged with the way you think about math. Dr. Hargrove tries her utmost to help you understand. There is a lot of reading (textbook) and the tests are not easy. She also gives quizzes and a project called Math Trails which requires building a webpage and working out of classroom

Dr. Hargrove is such a sweet and awesome math teacher!! I hate math, and have been worried about teaching it, but she made it fun and gave me confidence in myself. The class was really fun and I enjoyed coming every day. You have to tutor 10 hours in the lab throughout the semester, but its fun and a great learning experience. Take Dr. Hargrove!!!

dr hargrove is great, her class is a blast and she always finds a way to make every lesson fun. HOWEVER, the tests are no joke. Make sure you prepare before just the night before. Other than that its not bad at all and its a very helpful class

I didn't have such a good experience with dr hargrove...I believe she is a great teacher & is a very nice lady, but she acted a little sketchy with some of the grading she gave me. I tried to discuss it with her and she wouldn't budge. Not my best class
