she is a great teacher and a easy grader. As long as you turn in all the work, you are very likely going to get a good grade from her. I definitely would recommend her if you guys need to take nutrition.

She's very funny. she's great in teaching and very clear in her lectures. even though it's 3 hours long. almost everyone attends the classe verytime. she's generous in grading, but not particularly easy. a very good teacher.
