He is a nice man if you are on his good side. The problem is that he jokes around way too much!! Every sentence is a joke and nobody laughs and it becomes really awkward, especially if you have him early in the morning. There was only 2 tests and a book report for the whole year! I need more than 3 grades. He's a very interesting man just boring

He is very sarcastic and easy to joke with. The amount of knowledge he has about history is mind-blowing. Class is not unbearable. Biggest recommendation for his class: PAY ATTENTION and TAKE NOTES. Just write down everything he says, it does help with tests. Overall, he's an awesome guy and his class is great as long as you pay attention.

The funniest professor on campus. Very engaging. Makes jokes all the time. Keeps it interesting. No final paper just a book report. Easy CEC papers. Does notes in class, not required to read textbook. Lets three hours class out early (but no break). Class is easy and not that hard to sit through.

The more he picks on you the more he likes you. He deff. made me laugh with his jokes. However, if you are clueless about history I or not a good test taker I would not recommend this class. The class will be hard to follow. Make sure you take specific notes, because his tests are pretty difficult and very specific.

By far, the best professor I've had at Ramapo so far. Whether you want to or not, his passion for history will rub off on you while you're in his class. Incredible teacher, great speaker, and possibly the funniest professor at Ramapo. Fairly easy grader as well, if you get the chance, definitely take his class. You won't regret it.

Amazing professor. Knows everything there is to know about history, because he's been alive forever. Class is extremely fun because he tends to ramble about the fun/interesting aspects of history. He is an expert on the JFK assassination, so that section is amazing. I had a 3 hour class and it zoomed by because he keeps it fun. Sometimes picks on u

STAY AWAYYYY!!!!! The class is extremely boring and long. He lectures for three hours straight. Our only grades were midterm, final, and book report. He gave us a few pop quizzes here and there. If you take him make sure you get a seat close to the back so you can text! BORING! take lots of notes!!!!

Had him for US1. Great, funny guy who loves what he does. I highly suggest doing the reading. If not, make sure you take great notes. 3 grades: midterm, final and book report. The book report is an easy A. I got an A by reading the first chapter, back cover and an online review for my book. B range final grade if you don't do the nightly reading.

the one thing i remember learning about in bills class was that peter the great baked midgets in large pie crusts and then made his "parliment" eat them. there were also some napolean tidbits in there as well. he always had to slap his podium to wake ppl up. funny old grandpa type.

I really can not put into words how I feel about taking him this semester. If I could start over I definitely would've dropped the class. Three hours with this man was nothing short of horrendous. His lectures rarely touch on the syllabus and he speaks way too quickly. Tons of reading. Impossible exams. I recommend not.

He's great! he's funny and he knows what he is talking about. I have him for u.s. II and honestly he made me believe in professors again. but READ your history book every week for homework, although there's no graded homework you'll want to kill yourself before the midterm and final if you don't.
