Zeef is the worst teacher in Columbia College. He doesn't make it clear what he expects from students but instead of giving instructions he will just end up give you a failing grade. I will not recommend anyone to take his class.

He is a strict person, seriously im not kidding. He also a sarcasm teacher. I did with Zeef for half of semester, he is kind of nice teacher. He would give students 'F' as 49 not lower than 4, unlike other instructors in CC. If you miss some classes, he wont give you high grade in participation. He will take grammar as a serious issue.

He was so tough on grading. Show up on time and respect, or you will Fail the course. He helped me a lot though but there were lots of works for you to do. Not a fair grader. Listen to his instruction and follow it so you will get a good mark

He is not good with explaining stuff. His teaching style is the worst of all. He does not give you good feedback. Please do not take him. He does not give you a second chance to fix your papers. He is a prejudice person, which makes him a tough grader. He makes everything more complicated.

He can be a really good teacher if you are a good student and pay attention in class. He's a hard teacher, but he knows what he's talking about. If you want a challenging course take his class. The environment in the class can be aggressive sometimes and you can also feel his frustration with his students because his students are disrespectful.

He's a difficult teacher for sure, he is not good at giving positive feedback. HE WILL BRING DOWN YOUR GPA because he's not a fair grader. He has some good point when it comes to writing, but I wouldn't recommend taking his class.

His knowledge and skills are just awesome. However, if you are looking for an A in the class then you have better find another instructor. Other teachers would give an A for a B- paper marked by him. Sometimes I just don't know what he really expects from the students. Be punctual and attentive, obviously, or don't hope for even a C+.

Zeef is strict, indeed, but I thought he was a bit unreasonable. It seems like he doesn't know what he wants from the students himself. Maybe it's just his vague explanations, but I really found it confusing when he would demand one thing in class and then suddenly say that it is not what he wanted to see and demand something completely different.

Zeef is a tough teacher no doubt but then tho shleps, he makes you think. He doesn't take any stupid attitude, be a punctual student and work hard and you would get what you deserve as far as I'm concerned he is the best English teacher in Columbia College
