I took her class online. She never responded to emails, the material on the test was not all on the notes, and she is rude. I went into her office halfway through her class to discuss my grade, and she was chewing her chips with her mouth open and didn't give me any feedback, advice or help. She doesn't care if you're successful or not.

DO NOT TAKE UNDER ANY CONDITION!!! Teaches directly from slide show, which often has wrong information on it. Test questions and answers are often messed up. Does not respond to issues and is very rude when asked questions. She messed up my grade and it took four months to get it fixed, and she only did it once I got the Dean involved.

Useless teacher! Syllabus was wrong, teacher was rude, refused to answer questions, and positive she was right even when you copy and paste the incorrect information she gave. All tests/quizzes are done from the professor's website, and she had many of those messed up. Easy A - if you ignore the teacher and do not try to interact with her.

All, I repeat ALL of her test are online and questions are directly from the book. She isnt there to help you at all but if you show up for roll, and do the test on time, there is no reason, again I repeat no reason to fail her class.

Every thing is online (4 tests) no matter what. Why should she put in any more effort than required? Don't bother e-mailing her or asking for help... She has zero interest in students

ive used this website to help me find the right professor ive never used it to acually rate a professor but now i finally am Alice Monroe is the worst teacher i have ever had at SPC if you take her she will email you back rudely telling you not to email her she also gives wrong dates on asssingmets and expects you to figure out when things are due

Teacher has no interest in student success. I visited her three times during her office hours. The third time I had someone go find her because I refused to come back. She showed no interest in hearing what I had to say and how her students are failing. My 3.7 GPA just dropped below 3.5. Thanks a lot SPC for employing Alice Monroe!

THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST TEACHER AT SPC. No joke. She has no curriculum, doesn't answer emails, after studying all the material she had listed for her second exam I was disappointed to find out while taking exam 2 that it was identical to exam 1 and was not over any of the material listed. Your better off just punching yourself in the face

This teacher is perhaps one of the worst I've ever had.She acts like she wants us all to fail! Entire grade is based on quizzes, and they are not multiple choice.She doesn't teach,and is very strict on attendance.If you miss class, you miss two quizzes, and she won't let you make them up!I don't know why she is still teaching.

There is a reason she has 20+ pages of complaints. Don't fool yourself with thinking that you will pay attention in her class. The only thing she teaches you is how much she hates emails. Im a 28 year old Veteran of the US Army. Ive dealt with some difficult people in my life, but Ms. Monroe rates up at the top. If you care about your GPA, dont take this class. If youre looking for a guaranteed B or C and couldnt care less about learning, this is your class. I read these remarks and still took the class, dont be like me.
