Barb makes you want to get out of bed and go to class everyday and learn. She makes class exciting and always explains everything clearly. She is always willing to help when needed and certainly always wears a smile. This is only my first sociology course but I am enjoying it so much I may change my major!!

She should be training professors who continue to use old school methodoloy to test your knowledge. She always used her own life examples and current events to better explain the topic areas. Great Professor and one you should not miss learning from.

Barb was a fantastic professor. She loved the topic (Sociology of Gender) and taught it well. She is one of the funniest people I know and brings her humour into the classroom and uses it to teach. I just loved her!
