I think he is a good guy. Makes you attend class. He trys to get you ready for the workforce in drafting, which can be demanding. I am a draftsman now. Billy taught me alot. You just cant be a lazy a$$ like most people in the class.

Difficult class and instructor at first. After everything settles down Mr. Parchman teaches by example. Must pay attentio n and take notes or you will be lost. Hates to re-teach anything.

Not a good teacher. He preaches more than he teaches. He wastes alot of class time with stories that does nnot relate to class. He will treat you like an emlpoyee not a student. watch out

It would be nice if he would take an interest in his classes. He is usually too busy to teach his class. It would be nice to learn about the course you are taking. A monkey could learn to draw with AutoCad. He could put more emphasis on teaching his students than working on outside projects.
