I have been cooking up this review since I took the first exam. If you are seeing this before the drop date, do what I wish I would have and drop the class. Her grading scale is insane, and she's not clear on what she wants. Her exams are impossible. She will tell you one thing in class and you'll get it wrong on the test.

By far worst professor I have ever had. She is not specific on what she wants, does not reply to emails in a timely matter or at all. Don't try meeting with her, she will not help. I took her class twice because she was the only one who taught it. Never put grades in either. I feel like her material had nothing to do with child psych.

She is by far the worst professor I've ever had. She teaches off a word document and half the things she talks during class are not on the test. Do not take her class you will regret it.

Her lectures are very interesting, but she frequently goes off topic and doesn't discuss any material that isn't in her notes. She offers a lot of extra credit if you complete all of her assignment on time, but seeing as many of them are online and she only tells you about them at the beginning of her class, they're very easily forgotten.

Why be a professor if you aren't gonna teach? Wish I never took her. It's been an awful experience. She rarely responds to emails sent to her and never interacts with the class through announcement or discussion boards.

I took her online class and I wish I hadn't. She doesn't seem to care at all about her students and it takes her days to respond back to an email. I wouldn't recommended her to anybody. Try to find another professor if you can! She is not a good professor at least online.

She seems to know the material, but thinks we should get her examples and I read the material. Talks a lot about her family which she tries to use to make points, but is not good about making connections. VERY opinionated even when you have a point 'supported by research'. Sometimes she is nice and sometimes I do not feel comfortable asking q's

Worst professor I have EVER had. Has an absolute lack of presence. Took this class online and she rarely updated announcements, never gave feedback, and never ever joined in on any discussions. Tests were hard to understand, DB posts were not content related, and if you had questions-she did not respond within a helpful timeframe. DONT TAKE!

She's a decent professor. Sometimes her lectures move fast and she misses important material. Tests are challenging because she gets off topic and doesn't cover what she had planned. Attendance is mandatory. She gets off topic and talks about her family a lot. fist test our class took over half failed she allowed us to retake and still same grades

Took her class online. It was challenging but easy if you do the work. Discussions are how she checks attendance. Very strict on due dates. She allows you to skip 1 HW assignment. Gives lots of extra credit.

Nice person. So-so instructor. Not specific in her instructions and takes forever to respond to questions. Positive - her exams are based entirely on the study guide which you fill out. But there were times that the SG was out of date or hard for me to follow.

Very good lectures, gives lots of extra-credit, class is well structured. Relates topics to real life with lots of stories and examples to aid retention of material. Minimal assignments, with extra-credit for early submission. Knows the subject well & willing to help students. My 1 problem is that she is VERY VERY slow with emails and grading.

I don't understand why she has such a bad reputation. I didn't even fill out her note sheets and received almost a 100 in her Developmental Psychology class. She has great stories and does go off topic a lot but it helps make the class interesting. I recommend.
