Derives equations all period and then the homework is completely different from what you've learned. Gives an extra 50 points bonus credit on the exams and half the class still scored below a 70. Too bad hes the only teacher to teach the class.

Smartest man I know but...... Class is impossible to follow. Tests are curved for a good reason. Passed with an A but honestly dont know the material. DO NOT, you will pay for it later.

Not nearly as bad as the feedback said. It's a tough class with heavy material so be prepared to either have EI sessions or google lectures. Homework on Wiley is a bit tedious but it helps with tests. If you study and work for it you should get an A or at least a B. I studied maybe two hours for exams and got solid A's and I'm an average mid.

The dude's awesome. He may be a bit socially awkward but who really cares? One of the best teachers I've had here. Moves quickly and covers a lot, but will always stop to ask questions and will always give EI. The rigor and thoroughness of his approach to physics is essential for a true understanding. You have to try though.

Just be ready to go to EI with him even if you get help from other students and or profs. He makes you feel stupid but wants to see you try--I worked my but off but got a D because I wasn't in his office 3 times a week like others were. Much too fast, assumes everyone gets everything. Assignments are ridiculous

Take him if you have already had physics, or if you understand things easily. He is a genius (Google Carl Mungan), but is quirky and moves too quickly. He will help you in EI, though, although he might make you feel retarded when you cannot do the problems. Assigns a lot of CAPA homework. Grading scale is wierd (1/2 class gets 100+, other half..50)
