Carlo Rossi is a superb teacher. He brings special education law and ethics to life with real-life cases (while always respecting confidentiality). Even if you are not required to take this class, I highly recommend it for any educator (general or special ed) who is interested in law and ethics pertaining to special education.

I learned the most from Prof. Rossi's class. I often knew the answers to questions in other classes because of the wealth of information I absorbed from Rossi's class. He is a passionate intelligent and very reasonable professor and human being!

Prof. Rossi loves what he does and this is reflected in his teaching. He is crystal clear about his expectations, and one of those expectations is that his students act like adults and be responsible for turning in their assignments, come to class and participate in discussions. Do your job and you will be rewarded.

Easily the best teacher on campus. He gets a lot of information to stick and covers a lot fo dry information in an exciting and personable way. Anyone else could have made the class torturous, but Carlo made it brilliant and fun. I still miss this class and think about it all the time.

He Rocks could have been a very boring class on laws for special ed but he made it vital and interesting. I heard the powers that be are changing the format of the class. What a disapointment. One of the best classes I have had.
