Honestly, this class was one of the hardest courses I have taken at CSUN. Keep in mind I am a finance major, and I am telling you to avoid this class at all cost!! I literally spent countless hours trying to do her HW! Easy A do not get me wrong, but for a GE AND 100 class, the amount of work you do is ridiculous. Save yourself the pain please!

Comment:

She's a very good human being a very good professor. This class is an easy A but it requires work. The work isn't hard but it's quite a good amount of work. I mean it when I say it. The work for this class should done at the beginning of the week. If you leave it to the last second you will feel a bit overloaded and pressured, IT TAKES TIME.

Comment:

Prof. Bendavid offers so much extra credit that it is very difficult to not pass the class with at least a B. The class is super easy and the assignments are easy, but the assignments are extremely tedious and time-consuming. She gives a bunch of assignments and has quizzes every single class (open book). The workload is crazy but easy.

Sweet lady, but lets be honest, this class is so much work for a 100 course. I took a calculus and accounting class and I literally spent more time trying to finish her assignments on the weekends. Class is only mandatory so you can do your work. MOST STRESSFUL 100 CLASS EVER AVOID!!!! Sure you can pass the class with an A , but trust me.. goodluck

Easy A but lots of material. Two main criteria for this class are the CONNECTS and SIMNET modules. She spends little to no time on the CONNECT modules. (and there are a LOOOOT). This class can easily be divided up into (introduce a SIMNET, then spend the rest of class on lecturing about CONNECT) Should be online only class. I can easily do her job.

Comment:

She is overall a really nice lady. It's really nice to have conversations with her. That being said though do not take this class lightly. You will have to work to get an A in this class. The material isn't too hard, but there are a lot of assignments to do and it gets overwhelming . Take this class if you need to but don't be think it'll be easy.

Easy A, but this should be an online class. A lot of assignments that should take only about 30 minutes each day. She tries to relate to students, but her tone and demeanor honestly comes off as a cranky grandma. This is a mandatory class so just take it and get it done QUICK.

Prof B. is good, and quite attentive about assignments. Although everything for this class is done in online labs, there is a lot of stuff to do outside of class on a weekly basis (like reading, discussions, and group projects). Despite the workload, I did feel like I learned more about computers and how to use Microsoft Office.

I strongly agree that she assigns a bunch of things throughout the week but most tasks take about 30 minutes to finish. She gives you a 200 word discussion every Wednesday that she doesn't even read (easy A) and the homework assignments are just following the instructions with multiple attempts to get an A. A LOT of extra credit too. Pretty easy A.

Professor Bendavid is a great professor and person, but despite this she does give a lot of homework and it gets very overwhelming. For myself I had an A almost the whole semester, but the work starting getting overwhelming maybe because I was taking 16 units. She is a solid choice I did learn a lot about the programs in this class.

You take a quiz everyday, so show up to class or else you won't get credit. She assigns a lot of homework, just be on top of it. For the group projects, she looks at everything, every single detail. If you work, then maybe you should choose a different professor because you can easily fall behind since she gives out a lot of homework.

She is nice but her class is a GE class and she expects too much from you too many projects that take too much time, she is nice but needs to understand too much work will not make us learn the material, especially from a program that is touch sensitive that she refuses to understand or take into account,

It's a very boring but easy A class. You will have to put in a lot of boring hours doing homework but it's not difficult. Open book quiz every class for attendance. A lot of group projects & she picks the groups. Overall, it was like any other mandatory pre req. class: show up, do the work, do extra credit, get an A.

Professor Bendavid Comp 100 class is a very easy A. There are lots of online homework assignments, but as long as you do all of them, you will pass. The midterm and final had 2 parts and the part that you needed the book for was open book. 2 projects that are very easy as long as you follow her instructions EXACTLY. Do the work and you'll pass

No. Just no. Talks to students with a very degrading and sarcastic tone like we're kindergarteners. Assigns at least 5 homework assignments per week. In-class tests every day, but open book. A couple group projects. Some extra credit. Very unorganized with poor class structure and negative attitude. Easy A but stressful and miserable conditions.

To be honest I don't know why she shows up to class because she doesn't help AT ALL. But the class is REALLY EASY be on time so you can take the quizzes which are open book, I failed both midterm and final and got a B+ just because I did good on every homework (word, excel, powerpoint). HW/projects are worth more than the tests but they are EASY!

Everything is pretty much online, attendance is mandatory because of a quiz; if class starts at 9:30, you better be doing the "on-time quiz" starting at 9:15. 3 parts on the mid/final, one part is 100 question, where she expects us to memorize the entire book. Assigns too much homework. Don't slack off in this class because it will hurt at the end.

She's very strict with her students. She doesn't really give that much of help to students. She give a lot of homework online. It'd very quiet in her class. If you talk she shh's you or put in the spot. Bring some earphones to hear some music while doing you work in class it makes the class go faster.

Easy class to be honest everything you learn is online. There is a lot of work but it's easy just make time for it. Two group projects that are easy just follow her guide.
