I took Chappa for Linear Algebra. He is probably one of the best professors I ever had. He is very approachable if you have any questions about anything. He is the reason I love mathematics.

Such an amazing teacher! Im not good at math but he makes me feel like a mathematician! He makes it so easy to learn and relates it to everyday life. He tells you whats important and what will be tested on and thats all. 10/10 recommend.

I highly recommend taking Professor Chappa, I'm terrible at math and had him during the fall of 2018 and made an 83. He's very helpful and provides tutoring in his office for students that really need the extra help. He gives extra credit and also drops 5 of your lowest homework grades and one test.

Mr. Chappa is awesome! I really liked his class. He is the first teacher I have had for math that actually makes sense. I learned so much in this class and he is very helpful. He will help outside of class and makes himself available. he's a fantastic teacher, kind, and funny. I would definitely take his class again! 100% recommend.

Chappa is a fantastic professor. I took him for college algebra and he explains everything so thoroughly but very simplified. He is always open to answer anyone's questions, even if it is way beyond what he is teaching at that very moment. He gives great reviews for exams and he does give quite a bit of homework but with plenty of time to do it.

Mr. Chappa is a very good professor. I took him for stats, which is one of my least favorite. To my surprise Mr. Chappa made it very easy to understand. I did have to study at home but who doesn't study for exams? I would take Mr. Chappa again and if you don't pass this class, it's because you didn't try.

Great professor! Be prepared to write a lot, but he gives you plenty of time to get things down. Will help you in any way and if your struggling offers bonus opportunities. Also opens up all of the homework on math lab so you can bring your grade up. Absolutely loved him and would take him again.

Hes very smart and good with numbers but if you take him be prepared to hear and learn about poker and gambling. Thats seriously what he talks about and how he demonstrates the math problems. Hes very nice and a good teacher but I got so tired of hearing about poker and a deck of cards!

Tough class, good professor Took Calculus in the long summer session to try to get a better grade (I had made a C before). I ended up dropping this class as I just couldn't keep up and his exams were fairly tough. He's an enthusiastic teacher but the material was really difficult for me and he expected us to know trigonometry VERY well.

This is by FAR the best professor I had. I took Chris's class over the summer and WOW! It was a full month of math but he made sure EVERYONE understood the concepts. The homework is just more practice from class, so its not bad at all. Test are problems covered in class, again not bad. I dare say this, but he made math fun? yeah, fun! Must Take

He was so clear with the info. He is always telling funny stories and knows how to give the information in a way that everyone can understand. His class is never boring and he will help you as long as you help yourself. But he don't cancel class ever, he says he's there for us.
