He was just hired at one of the best Philosophy of Ed programs in North America, even after being denied tenure. So I guess the people in his field think pretty highly of him, and they should to know what good scholarship is. It is even more obvious that he was denied tenure for political reasons.

among his many incorrect greek translations, the one that finally did him in was the definition of his own alleged profession - philosphy means love of learning, not love of one's own opinion. so no tenure for this terrible teacher. bon voyage, and good luck teaching gym class at arctic circle community college.
