Gordan Ramsey wanna be. Yells a lot! I was really into cooking, this was my first Pro-cooking class, and now I lost all interst in the field. He gets in students' faces and screams. I'm a 35 year old USAF Vet, and this class was as bad as basic training/boot camp. Unless you like listening to a raving lunatic, take class from another teacher.
