Comment:

Best teacher I've had at Solano so far. Take it even if you only have a slightly passing interest in Psychology, and ESPECIALLY if you need to clear something for GE or IGETC. Made getting up early for her class worth it!

This woman is the coolest person in the world. Teaches class with passion and interest. Keeps everyone involved and dresses professionally. Neat, clear, concise, everything is perfect. However don't be fooled, study for her test at least three days before. Cram for about 30 minutes and your good to go.

Professor Krider is the best. She really made learning psych fun, even for three hours a day! She shows a genuine interest in her students and for what they have to say. There were 3 exams and 6 quizzes. Super easy and straight from her lectures. Just take good notes and you'll do good. I got an A and not once opened the book.

I had her as a morning classes, and still loved getting up to go to her lecture. She is very easy, offers extra credit, and is also very interesting! She has actually worked in the feild so she knows what she is talking about. You dont need the book to get an A, just go straight from your lecture notes.

Prof Krider is one of the best professors I have ever taken. For once, I was looking forward to going to class. She is brilliant and soo sweet! I loved her class and I came out learning so much! Her test are based off her notes. If you take good notes, you won't need the text. Take her, whether it is a requirement or not. You won't regret it.

I highly recommend taking this professor. She really cares about her students. She wants you to do well. She outlines her lectures on the board, gives out a review sheets prior to testing, and will give you pointers for your term paper, if you ask. Take good notes, and study the material in the notes, you will do well. Execellent Professor!

I highly recommend taking this professor. She makes an outline on the board for notes, and it is very easy to follow. The class before an exam she gives out a review sheet, so you know exactly what is going to be on the test, no surprises. She talks about the term paper on day 1, so you have plenty of time to prepare for it. Very good professor!

I had Prof. Krider class fall 2005, and enjoyed it very much! She is an awesome teacher and cares for her students. She is also very intelligent and concise. I wish she would teach Psych 2. Overall, just take notes and you'll definitely get a decent grade. Thanks Prof. Krider! Your so cool!

She's a good teacher. I did not get lost or confused in the least bit. She allows notes on the tests on a 3 x 5 card. Psych 1 is a very interesting class as well. Take her, I highly recommend! She also gets extra kudos for being a Raider fan!

very helpful, clear, and makes class really fun. shes soft spoken though, so make sure you sit in the front. she gives out quizzes from out of nowhere atleast every 2 wks, so be ready. quizes are not that hard, its base on lectures and notes. she requires the class to do 1 project but very easy as long as you do it, youll pass w/A.

She's by far the best teacher I've had at solano. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs psych 1. She was realy helpful & i walked away each day having learned something new. Her class is not too hard, however you do need to study & do well the quizes which she gives out about every 2 weeks. use the test review sheet and you'll ace her tests.

Comment:

Dana Krider is one of the most interesting teachers I have encountered there and I reccomend that anyone who needs Psyc 1, take her class. Its all Notes and Quiz, and of course the final paper. But its easy none the less.
