I look forward to this class every Tuesday and Thursday. Dr. Ludley is funny, accessible, and quite quirky. His class is easy to understand, and he makes you legitimately want to learn his material, not just make a good grade. I'd recommend this class to anyone with a heartbeat and a sense of humor.

He is a wonderful professor, very engaging, and the class is interesting. Quizes/tests are based on slides/you MUST know the artist/era. If you miss the first question you will miss the next three-they are based on the first quest. I'm a deans list student and have made a 40 average twice! HEAVY study (FOR ME)I have mental block here. Had to drop.

Comment:

He makes a lot of corny jokes. I wish there were more assignments because your grade is based on 4 tests; 3 are regular tests and the last one is the final exam which is not comprehensive. The fact that the final exam is not comprehensive is the only good thing out of the class. No matter how early or how much I studied, I still struggled.

He is a wonderful professor!!! I would definitely recommend everyone I know to take his class. He makes the material very easy to understand. Make sure you come to class and take good notes. If you do that you?re guaranteed to pass his class with flying colors.

I absolutely love Dr. Ludley! I have taken him for Art 2301, 2302,3401, 3101 and Brit Lit II and had an awesome time in every one of his classes. He loves his subjects and is very knowledgeable in all of them. He is well traveled and very entertaining. You have to come to class, but that was not an issue for me, I looked forward to his classes.

He's great!!! You never know what he'll say. It will become one of your favorite classes. Just cram a couple of hours before the test and you should be fine. It's kinda hard not to remember the different pieces if you remember the silly things he says about them. Great professor!!!! YOU WILL LOVE THE CLASS!!!!

Art Appreciation 2301. Dr. Ludley is great... This was my favorite class so far. He makes the class interested and you never know what he will say off the wall which always added humor to the class... Great Professor to take and Great class.... I truly have a better appreciation for art!!!!!!!!!!! I got a B in his class

This is one of the best professors at Clayton State. The man is wonderful. He's been to most of the places that we're learning about. He's very thorough, and funny. He makes you feel at ease in his class. Not only is he a phenominal professor, he's HOT! I almost feel like a high school girl sitting in his class. VERY HOT ladies.

i LOVED this teacher. His class is organized and your grade is based on four tests, four quizzes and a final exam that isn't even comprehensive...which is so SWEET. He is so funny and you can't help but stay awake in class and become interested in the art.

His Art History classes are fairly easy and you can tell he likes the subject. However, I got sick for a week early in the semester and he would not allow me to take a test that I missed at a later time, even with a DR.'s verification of illness.
