She really cares about her students but is fair. You get one HW coupon and that's it. Her lectures are posted before each test so don't worry if you couldn't keep up. Be aware, even if she posts them still attend class because she won't accept any HW if you weren't in class the day it was issued. Tests are easy if you pay attention.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HER. HER LECTURES ARE ALL OVER THE PLACE. SHE IS UNPROFESSIONAL. Her test and quizzes do NOT match with the lectures. she makes a lot of mistakes with your grades. she complains a lot. i say do not take her class you will regret it .

This definitely was NOT the easiest class I've taken so far. I thought the exams were hard. But the class seemed easier because this professor explained things so well during her lectures. She gave exam study guides and exam study sessions. I liked the class and the professor and I really learned a lot. I recommended taking this class.

Absolutely amazing professor.I already liked psych, but I love it more after taking her class. If you don't know anything she'll make it si clear that's impossible not to understand. Easy way of learning. Easy exams if you show up in class (questions from videos shown in class), half-sheet of notes for exams. Almost got an A+. Definitely recommend.

Extra credit opp. Lowest test grade dropped. Half sheet notes for tests. With cramming notes, and cramming alltogether. I was able to get usually B's on the tests. The final is only another exam off chapters not tested on previously. Good teacher, breaks during class. Only 4-5 assignments and if you do them all, one is extra credit.

Fun and interesting class/professor. Tests were a bit hard but she gave study guides and extra reviews so they were ok. I liked the examples given in class. Helped clarify the info in the textbook. Yes, we were expected to read the textbook AND attend class. After all it's college not preschool. I recommend the prof. and class.

This was my first semester at Chaffey and I came here to pick my teachers! I am so glad that I did! Professor Gail Keith-Gibson is wonderful! She is extremely organized, fun, interesting, a beautiful person at heart. I miss her already! She offers lots of extra credit opportunities, you just need to show up for class! Take her, you won't be sorry.

I thought this class was pretty good and very helpful. I got the best help from life experiences as examples and other funny ones to. What I liked the best about when an exam approached was that she would arrange a optional study session which is really really helpful if you miss something in class. The notes are also posted online.

I loved this class & the professor. She's so nice & knows her stuff. Organized so you'll know exactly what to do & expect. Be sure to attend all the lectures if you want to do a good job on exams. Skipping lecture & reading the notes on the class webpage is not enough. Write down the examples given in class. I learned so much. Highly recommended.

This was my first semester at Chaffey. I'm so glad I took Prof. Keith-Gibson's class. She really listens to and helps her students. She didn't just teach psychology, she taught me about the importance of my education, how to study, how to be a better student and person, and how to succeed in college. It's an educational experience. She's the best!

What a wonderful professor! Goes above & beyond for her students to make the class enjoyable & a good experience. Lecture is VERY clear & organized. Has a web site to provide all the class notes, exam study guides, & other info. Really encourages students to do well. Highly recommended. I switch to psych after this class. i though her power point presentaions were pointless she goes to fast for you to take notes and she doesnt connect the material very well its feels like she is jumping around. if you show up and do the quizes at the end of the chapters and study them you will pass the class.

Very Good Teacher. You need to show up to class, thats where you learn all the stuff for the tests and the few homework assignments, and extra credit. Tests are kinda hard, you need to get a good understanding of the terms. She gives out a study guide and allows a 1/2 page one side of hand written notes for tests.

What a sweet teacher! She made us cry in class when she talked about her experience with her mother's death. But she's such a SINCERELY wonderful professor. All material on tests is covered in class; just make sure you read the chapters. Presents snazzy Powerpoint presentations. Uses email to keep in contact with students. I highly recommend.

EXCELLENT TEACHER! She provides the tools for success in her class. She does study sessions before the exams, she gives opportunities for extra credit. She allows you half a sheet of notes for tests. Very fun teacher and down to earth. Most important she remembers what it was like to once be a student. I got an A :)
