He could probably recite material without any books and the class wasn’t too demanding just some reading and 3 papers. He spoke quite rapidly making it sort of difficult to take notes but it's philosophy not biology

Had an interesting and engaging manner, but lacked substance. His lectures were somewhat pedantic and his framing of phil. issues was often skewed to make his own notions and ideas shine. Sometimes insulted students, could be either funny or just mean.
