I have Jackie, not only as my professor, but also as my advisor, and just this semester I am her work study. She is so helpful with all of your projects, whatever you need really. However, do not think that her intro to ceramics class is an easy A, she will not just give you an A. You have to work for it, just like everyone else.

Jackie Brown is a saint!! I started two years with ceramics just to get it out of the way, and she was so wonderful that I changed my concentration to ceramics. I have learned so much from her. She is one of, if not, the best professor I have ever had.

I want to worship in the church of Jackie Brown. She is so lovely and so amazing. Her artwork is just as beautiful as she is. Love her! Everyone needs Jackie in their lives! I don't see how you could think she's mean at all. She's, quite simply, the bomb digity.

Great woman and teacher. Very helpful. Basically all the work is out of class, so be prepared to put in a lot of extra hours, but you get out of the class what you put into it. She's really sweet and easy to talk to, take it!!
