He looks pretty serious but is nice and approachable to his graduate students. He marks pretty hard on assignment and projects. And I think he detests people who work in the industry, who go after money rather than bringing innovation to the scientific community. A bit wierd sometimes, but keeps his promise.

He's a little shy initially but once you get to know him, he cracks tons of jokes. Looks uncannily like Horatio Kane from CSI: Miami (aka David Caruso). Only way more hot!
