Comment:

Great professor! Professor Rosen explains advanced mathematical concepts clearly, concisely and intuitively and will always answer questions, however dumb they may sound. He does test reviews before and after exams and will always give you the time you need, whether in class or during office hours. Highly recommended.

Comment:

He is the best professor for this course. His test and reviews go together because his review is the test just different numbers. Homework is 10% so I would show up to class. Test are super easy and the final is exactly like his review. Overall, highly recommend him for any and all math courses.

Dr. Rosen is an amazing professor for Calc 3. He discusses the topic and then does a lot of examples which relate to the homework that is given for the night. His test are fair but show up to his review session because his test are the questions just with different numbers. Great professor, and be aware of the 15 minute break!!

He is okay in his lectures, doesn't give too much notes, just work on strictly examples. His reviews sessions before the exam mimics the test so thats is something you CANNOT miss. Will go over the hw if you have any issues with it. gives 15 min break. Overall, doesn't ask for much, show up to the review session and practice the examples he gives.

Professor rosen is a good professor. Just go online and do the webwork hw (type the questions into google. its no hard. 4-5 ques max), and show up for his reviews. The reviews are very thorough and the tests mimic them. If you didnt get good grade. Its because you didnt practice the problems he gave for the review and you didnt do the webwork.

This Professor cannot teach. He gets upset when people ask him questions and is not approachable. Class is a waste of time but he doesn't take attendance anyways. He is a hard grader and will ruin your GPA, so be sure that you either drop or be ready to teach yourself.

Do you want to save your semester before it even started? Do not take this professor. Confusing, gets annoyed very easily, all over the place, doesn't help AT ALL. Now, save yourself wasted time and a ruined GPA please.

He's the worst teacher I've ever had and probably ever will. He gets offended if you ask questions, but doesn't teach clearly so both of those things cause a huge problem. Overall he's a terrible teacher, very smart man, but terrible at teaching. I hated this course and would not recommend any of his classes to anyone.

He is the most confusing man in the world. He is all over the place and it seems as if he gets annoyed to answer any questions you have to ask. Homework is online and easy and he does not take attendance. Unless you are good at teaching yourself, I would not recommend him.

Great professor, he is very lenient in grading. If you were wrong he will give you partial credit as long as you did some correct steps. Make sure you do hw because it makes a difference in grade. Study review to do well in tests.

A brilliant statistician, but as a teacher, his talents fall a bit short. His exams are not THAT difficult, and he grades fairly, but I learned everything in tutoring. Unfortunately, he teaches as if you already know the subject, skips steps that he should be explaining, and moves quickly through the curriculum. Don't plan on learning from him.

Nice Guy. Cant teach Calc 2 to save his life. I also think he eats chalk. Tests are very easy. Straight from the review sheets. Easy A. but he doesn understand what he just put on the board let alone teach the class. He will ask you to come to the office to explain a problem he is stuck on, and just move on without solving. Students r dumbfounded.

Awesome!! if u need to skip Math 130 just take him. he is very clear and even if u miss class u can still make it. I scored A easily without even studying. Exams are easy too. I would definitely recommend him

Great teacher. His tests are very easy and fair. Also he seems to grade in a fair way. Also if you need help he'll help you and he always wants to explain the work in a very systematic and clear way. The only thing I didn't like was the WebWork. But that really wasn't his decision to make it count. All in all he's a great teacher. No complaints.
