Comment:

She is the best teacher I have ever known. She is extremely nice and helpful. From time to time, she would even let you know what would be on the exams in advance in order to let you get a good grade. She made her assignments easy and most of the people got 8/10. Seriously, I missed her so much after she stopped teaching.

FAVORITE TEACHER EVER, period. knows the subject matter very well and has an effective way of teaching it, sometimes the class can be a bit boring, it is geology after all, she cares about her students and will spend as much time as you need with her outside of class. some people don't get her sense of humour

Jennifer was one of the best teachers I've ever had; she can find the best in any student and make them feel as though they can succeed (no matter how dishevelled or dysfunctional they may be!), which as a tutor, I've found absolutely crucial for struggling students to gain confidence and ultimately achieve academic success. Took Geol111 last semester, and have been thinking about it since. Having now taken many different science courses I can't get how well Jennifer's approach to teaching worked. . . she presents material in a variety of ways, that may seem scattered, but are much better than the Sciences Standard: Reading Lecture Notes Rapidly and Killing Interest.

Jennifer is one of the kindest instructors I have come across, truly an amazingly caring and brilliant person. I had only the vaguest interest in Geology before taking the course, but was surprised to find myself challenged and intrigued. Tests were hard, and the material huge, but she taught well.
