Comment:

Theres no way to describe this class other than awful and confusing. The schedule for the class was very unclear, and she doesnt do a good job at explaining when and what things are due. The assignments are difficult and not helpful for the quizzes. Overall, one of the worst classes Ive ever taken. Not worth it at all.

Lectures are interactive, there are multiple choice questions in her powerpoints to help teach the material as well as check for participation. There are online "logic labs" which you need to do a few of every week to be able to take the weekly quiz, which is online as well. Quizzes are only 12 multiple choice questions. Exams are lengthy but easy.

he introduction to logic class has mandatory attendance, clickers, logic labs ( aka homework) that serves as a study guide for the 6 quizzes and the final. take if you're in the mood for a time consuming class that feels like the workload of 2 classes. not to mention her final is worth 40% of your grade and is 80 questions . easy c but a hard B

She is one of the best professors I've had. Very informative and very easy if you just put in the work. The class is not hard if you know what is due and when and how to pace yourself with the logic labs. The only people that do bad are the ones who dont care about going to lecture and doing the work on time.

She wants everyone to do well in class. She has "Rocket Hours" where she helps you with homework. She was a weird teacher, in a good way. Don't need a book, but printing out the lecture notes will definitely help you. Stay on top of everything and you'll do fine.

She is such a trip! Totally weird but totally fun and entertaining. I had her for Science & Society WAC and she really loves to hear other opinions and timulate discussion. She's a very fair grader, come to class and you'll do fine.

Really good teacher. Spells everything out for you and really wants you to do good. Fair grader, HW is bearable and the tests are pretty easy too. Recommended

I had her for symbolic logic and I thought she was fantastic! She taught the material in a way that was simple enough to understand but particular enough to answer any theoretical quesitons you might have. She was also great to talk to about philosophy of math and logic if thats your thing

intro to logic was very hard. didn't find lectures or powerpoints online helpful, although she explains much better during her office hours. extremely fair grader. nice enough, but tends to push her views on students.

I really enjoyed her Intro to Logic class. If you go in before class she will tell you what the answers are to the homework and she makes it very easy to do well in class. Just listen to her and ask questions when you have them, and you will love her! She really cares about her students and wants them to succeed.

I have had her for a couple classes. She is very challenging, and a great prof. She is brilliant, has a fun personality and cares about her students. She does go onto tangents, but they are interesting, usually relevant, and make her more personable. Be prepared to work hard, but it will be worth it.

I'm very glad I took her Honors Seminar. Her brilliance really showed this semester. Was a little unclear on what the final exam would be -- it was 50% of our final grade. However, stated her goal was to have everyone earn an A in the course. Allowed notes on the final exam -- and even offered to review our notebooks to ensure we'd be prepared.

although she may get off topic, she has a never ending breadth of knowledge. if you have an intrest in science however, you will definently have an advantage because philosphy of science is her specialty. but she is very cooperative with students and grades.

I have taken several classes with Dr. Muntersbjorn. Each semester she has gotten more disorganized. You will learn more about her kids than you care to know -- the "barf bucket", breast feeding, and more. Takes forever to get a paper graded... You will be wondering about your grade until you get the report card. Yet, she knows her stuff. Very smart
