Gives really valuable feedback that you can actually apply to your work. He taught me a lot of basic fundamentals and was a great impact to my foundation in graphic design. His class is challenging but in the best way possible. Would definitely recommend and I'm jealous of students who get to take him multiple times.

Comment:

Unequivocally the greatest professor I have had. He can be tough when it comes to grading, but he's never mean about it. He is incredibly talented and he does a good job of pushing every student to be the best that they can, and I think it shows. Absolutely recommend.

I have to say that Mark is a very understanding teacher. When I had him, I was having some problems and he was gracious enough to give me a chance to make up my final which he totally didn't have to, and when I blew it, he failed me, and rightfully so. Gotta respect that.

chicks dig him, guys want to be him. As close as a graphic designer can get to being considered a "stud". Definitely helpful and inspirational and isn't as caught up in his image as he could be which is a plus.

He picks favorites. He is phenominal, but just imagine gd bootcamp, cause he will weed you out if you can't take it. Instills survival skills into his students and shows you what you can do with graphic design. Great teacher, but not my favorite. Still... great.
