I took this professors online class and it is the hardest thing I have ever done. Her lectures and directions are unclear. The test are timed with an unreasonable amount of time. Any time i have ever asked a question she wasnt helpful and she makes you feel stupid. She is rude and a very tough grader. DO NOT EVER TAKE A CLASS WITH THIS PROFESSOR.

Absolutely loved her! Never opened the book and got an A. Homework and a quiz every week (based off the homework) a midterm and a final. Definitely notices if you make an effort and attend class... easy class. Funny and passionate about her subject! Just don't whisper during class..

I never had such an awful teacher. She is rude and makes you feel stupid if you don't understand what shes talking about. I took her online class and anytime I had a question she never helped. NEVER TAKE A CLASS WITH THIS TEACHER.

For my class, she was a horrible professor and expected us to learn everything from diagrams from the book which cshe called her "lectures." Didn't do basic terminology so you were lost in most classes. If you sit in the back row, she will not like you and accuse you of talking. Tests are rediculously hard and I wouldn't recommend her to anyone.

Uses power points daily, goes a little fast in lecture and just a awarning...if you even whisper to your neighbor in class or even turn your head she will email you saying that its your irst and final warning for talking. Great professor, I just wished that I took the course online instead of on campus.

Nutrition class online. She can be very helpful and is very fair, but a couple times she has made mistakes, i have corrected her and she wont even give me the points for her mistake she'll say "thanks, ill fix it for next semester." you have to do some discussions and search hard for quiz answers but its all in the Power points online. definite A.
