Take this class. Mike wants everyone to pass and has a huge amount of knowledge to share. He's hilarious and keeps you on your toes. Take home tests are great in groups and in-class tests aren't that rough. He's easily one of the best teachers I've had in awhile.

Comment:

Mr Harris is awesome. He wants everyone to pass his class. 100 question Take home tests- lengthy, but if you get in study groups it's cake. I left class angry many times b/c of all the things that he taught me, but he's the only one bold enough to tell it how it really is. I strongly recommend him. I had a blast and he always has a lot of engergy!

Mike does not makes this easy, you do have to show up. if you do, he will tell you what is on the test. you have outside requirements you have to do for the class. Knowing that, it is a really fun class since he has been in politics and knows how it works. He has lots of stories to tell about what goes on in the world.

Frustrated by his non-traditional approach at first, but truly one of the most empowering and inspirational teachers I've ever met. Absolutely get him if you can!!!

Really makes you interested in the subject. He doesn't spend a lot of time on how gov't should work in theory, but explains how it really is, with all its flauds. Most importantly, he focuses on making his students more interested and participative in gov't and making us into better citizens. His classes were very fun and educative.

IT IS FUN AND INTRESTING.YOU CAN RETEST AND EXAMS ARE VERY EASY.MUST TAKE THIS TEACHER IF YOU CAN COS HIS CLASS GETS FULL ON TIME.I TOOK HIM FOR US & TX GOVT I REALLY ENJOYED HIS CLASS.
