Professor Halliday is such a sweet professor and really cares for her students. This class is very enjoyable and insightful and she makes it even better. You can study for exams using the online quizzes which are also easy. She's super helpful with learning all of the skills and tells great real-life stories. Also, great sense of humor!

Comment:

She is one of the sweetest nicest professors at Hofstra. I loved taking her first aid class. She deserves such a big pay raise. The class itself is interesting and she gives online quizzes you can find online.

I love professor Halliday! I'm taking her first aid and safety course this semester and I'm beyond happy that I got her for a professor. As long as you show up and try (she'll make you participate regardless you want to or not), you'll pass with an easy A!

Great Professor! Really knows her stuff and is always willing to help out. It is definitely a benefit if you get to know her a bit and it makes the class easier. yeah shes tough but Its for good reasons and I sincerely appreciate the things she thought me. Gonna try and take her again

Wonderful teacher, the best i have had a HU. her class is hard but interesting so it makes it not so bad. tests are difficult you need to know your stuff inside out, she does not curve so what you produce is what you get. she does grade fairly and gives plenty of extra credit opps. i would recommend her without a doubt!!

The sole reason why Phys Ed. students at Hofstra want to leave. She has single handedly ruined the department. She is rude, will treat you like you are dirt, and has run all the quality professor's to work elsewhere.

She is flatout ridculous.She doesn't follow her syllabus.Says she welcomes criticsm of ways to teach better but when you do she gets mad. Hard grader if you have her be prepared to not have a life because of her quizzez every week and her tests you really wont have a life and trust me she will fail u everyone praticallyfails.

Unclear! Definitely an annoying class and she doesnt stick to the syllubus. She shouldn't be teaching and running the department as well, it creates a major conflict of interest. Gives out a kick ass review sheet for the tests though.
