she's a sweet woman, but man...her lectures were based on opinion. and the actual work was online. its not fair because if we wanted an online course we would have taken one...but oh well. overall, dont take her unless you want to be FORCED into hearing her VERY BIASED opinion, watching boring films from the 80's and doing EVERYTHING online.

Teacher was terrible. Made a B in the class but nothing of what she says in class will be on the tests or quizzes. She has some computer program make them for her and the questions come out of the text. She has a attendance policy but I could have made the same grade without ever stepping foot in her class.

Took the class on video. I will never do that again. All material came straight from the book. Only two tests so they covered at least 7 chapters each. The text was a HORRIBLE read! I recommend not taking her, especially not during the summer.

She is very hard. I ended up changing teachers because I was spending more time outside class doing the assisgments that was required. She also requires you to turn in everything online and take every test online, so if you do not have a computer and do not want to spend your entire semester on this class only, do not take her.

Mrs. Lawson was a great teacher. She uses the book website for all of the quizzes and tests. People that don't read fast shouldn't take her b/c her online quizzes and tests are timed, it seems only the slow readers complained about that. She uses a lot of supplemental material in class, which i thought was great. I would recommend her to anyone.

ok teacher. notes in class do not pertain to test. go to the book's website and read chapter summary and take chapter test. a lot of questions come from there. didn't read book a lot. make sure you take notes on the movie clips beacuse she uses those on the final. overall she was an ok teacher.

MS. Lawson, This is the most hardiest class i ever took in my life. take notes in class but not on her tests. use Publisher website alot. tests are very hard. most of every thing is online as far as tests, quizes, and assigments. also every thing oniine as far as tests and quizes are timed.

She is extremely liberal... if attendance wasn't required I would have never gone to class. The things that she lectures aren't on the test any way, but you must take notes because that will be your final exam. Everything is online, and it's all straight from the book. I didn't like her teaching style, or her opinions, at all.

Ms. Lawson is a pretty good teacher. Be prepared to read, though! Nothing said in class is on the tests. Use the publisher's website a lot. It is a tremendous help. She has a habit of talking about her personal beliefs, though, which can get annoying b/c we're paying to learn Psych, not listen to her beliefs.

I liked her teaching style. If you're thinking about taking her, go ahead, you'll learn a lot and it will be an easy grade. However, I warn about her quizes on the computer. It sucks being timed while doing a quiz but you'll get the hang of it.
