Mrs. Hoff is a terrible teacher. She skips steps, she gets flustered when too many people ask her questions, and grades tests extremely inconsistently. She gives enormous grading curves on her tests but that doesn't eli when it comes to the final. DO NOT take her class.

Quite possibly the worst professor at the college. Called classmates stupid, would never meet with me outside of class for help. I can't believe they haven't fired her. Run far, far away.

Covers material fast because it is easy for her but is VERY helpful if you ask. Has attendance policy but doesn't really enforce it, gave us two out of three tests take home. Tough but fair. Final was impossible but final grade is based on effort.

horrible teacher. does not make anything clear. thinks she's funny, yet isn't. gives take home tests which she grades unfairly... doesn't understand when someone doesn't get something because it's all so easy to her. don't take her, and if you get her... i'm sorry and good luck.

WOW, this teacher is HORRIBLE. i'm not learning anything FROM HER, i'm having to get help from other people in that class because of how horrible she is at teaching the material, and then she complains about having a life, and how she wont help with tutoring after a certain time, n that makes me even more mad cuz what the hell is she? a TEACHER!!

VERY UNCLEAR! I had a tough time following the material and the test questions never resemble questions we have studied out of the book. Looking at the material is like starting over each week and she is VERY hard to follow.....she is nice, but don't take it if you seriously liked stats before.

Prof Hoff is like the wrinkled little blonde lady on speed from "There's something about mary". i wouldnt recommend her, esp. if you have hard time paying attention as it is. she goes way to fast.

I'm really shocked at the bad reviews for Mrs. hoff. She is easy going and reasonable, even with her attendance policies. She can be a little hard to follow at times, but her class is pretty easy anyway. i def recommend taking her class.
