Really up to date teacher. Wonderful sense of humor. I have been meaning to rate her for a while, but i got caught up in graduation, finding first job. Dr. Thompson is a role model for all students, showing us how to work hard and be responsible.

I always hated science, before this class. Mrs. Thompson presents the information in an easy-to-understand, very modern way, with many examples from real life. She's funny, human. She respects our ideas.

I enjoyed Prof. Thompson's class. She is very knowledgeable and also helpful if you ask. She keeps control in her class. She wants everyone that takes her class seriously to succeed. She gives plenty of extra credit. No reason to make below an A in her class.

Professor Thompson is a very good professor. As long as you take good notes and follow directions given for the hybrid papers. We are all adults and if you come to class to learn who has time to worry about the bathroom in an 1:15 class. Take her class you wont regret it. I am planning to take her for microbiology as well.

This is a great professor. Her weekly quizzes are based on notes. So take good notes in class. Easy A as long as you do the work. She is very intelligent and nice. Will work with you. Take her, you wont regret it.

I learned so much in this class! She weights the weekly quizzes heavier than the two exams, so take good notes because that's what the quizzes are based on. She is very knowledgeable, helpful, and explains each lab clearly. I highly recommend this teacher!!

Ms. Thompson was a wonderful professor. She was very fair and kept order in the classroom. She also is willing to work with you if you are unable to come to class and give her plenty of notice. Her grading was basic and fair. She had weekly quizzes with about 6 questions and NO tests or exams! Take notes and you're fin. I definetly recommend her!

Ms. Thompson def. has an interest in the subject and loves to help her students. Almost no homework, just attend class, write a hybrid report every 2 weeks and a group presentation. Kind of confusing set up but grades fairly. Make sure you do all the paperwork exactly as she asks, attend class & she will make sure you do good in her class.

Comment:

Wonderful, passionate teacher. She does not give you a grade, however she gives you more than enough information and chances to do well in her class. I believe she is one of the best teachers I have ever had. Very professional and I actually learned to like microbiology.

Great teacher.Do the work and do well on the quizzes every week its very easy to get an A in her class. Mainly used the book for diagrams. She comes off being very tough at the beginning of class but is very understanding.Tons of extra credit to do if want higer grade.The material you learn from her you will easily retain.Best professor I ever had.

she is fantastic! really cares if you are learning and willing to work with you on her own time. Attendance is mandatory and gives e.c. if you dont miss any days. all quizzes are from what she talks about the week before, so you need to listen! lots of AV learning and hands on. would love to take her again!

taught lab for Micro only. Don't bother buying lab book she doesn't use it. Tests every week based on lecture notes. Test are really hard because you will have no clue what to study for. Take good notes and do all extra credit and you will do fine. Tape recorders a good idea. Very passionate teacher. Loves the subject, cares if your learning or not
