Most overated professor I have ever had in my life. (including elementary school)Just lectures every class and does not use a textbook or give handouts. Most write down every word he says in order to do well. Exams and quizzes are very tricky and poorly written. He needs to scale them so people can pass. People who think this is a joke 4.0 beware.

Phil is the man, no textbook, a few short quizzes and a few exams, must take good notes and pay attention, but you can miss class and still do well. All in all awesome class that was very interesting. Prof. Kaplan is funny and just an awesome professor. Must take.

I enjoyed this class a lot, funny guy. Lectures every class but just take notes and his two quizes are very easy. t/f quizes and his final is multiple choice. got a 3.7 without putting in any effort whatsoever.

One of the best teachers I have had at Bentley. He is very laid back, understanding and HILARIOUS. He makes boring law somewhat fun. You don't have to go to every class to do well, but you will want to go to class since it's actually a good time.

One of the greatest teachers I've ever had. Even when his jokes aren't all that funny, at least he's keepin the class light. Grades really, really easy, and goes nice and slow, and repeats himself a lot.

Comment:

Great class, awesome teacher. He will kepp you laughing for 75 minutes (when he makes you stay all 75), and you learn a lot. Tests are fair, learn the study guides! He isn't full time faculty, but try to get him.
