I cannot believe he is employed as a professor. The class was a joke. He just showed us random ceramics he found at a flea market and other random things and threw in some random facts about polar bears. He also hates republicans. I can honestly say I didn't learn a thing, and that's amazing.

THIS TEACHER IS AWESOME AND A EASY A ALTHOUGH IF YOU WONDER OFF TOO OMUCH YOULL GET LOST. ALL THE TEST ARE OPEN BOOK AND SO IT IS VERY HARD TO NOT GET A GOOD GRADE HOWEVER HE A TEACH WHO LOVES WHAT HE DOES ALTHOUGH SOMETIMES HE CAN RAMBLE OFF HE DOES GET EAAILY IRRITATED AND WILL MOVE YOUR SEAT IF YOU AND YOUR FRIENDS ARE TALKING USE OF LAPTOPS

Definately an easy A if you do the work, from the 4 of 16 sessions I went to. He didn't really teach anything, he just rambled on about nothing. I had to resist the urge to ask him what his political opinions had to do with biology... He rescheduled our first quiz because he hadn't even touched on the material that was supposed to be on it.

He is a wonderful human being; I wrote a report on the impact of mountain biking on the wetlands near Foster City, got an A. He's a fixture at CSM, my uncle even remembers him. I got a good grade but was rarely sober in his class. If you are a hippy or have any earthy, granola tendencies, you will dig his innate love of all living things.

the guy's very devoted to his class, although the class was very easy, i didn't really learn anything as the tests were open notes and book. if you want an easy A, this class is the choice. but if you want to actually learn some...then pick another teacher. oh and he gives free food after class like everyday (watermelon and melon!!)

Professor Fark is such a nice guy. He's passionate about animals and the environment, and was always excited to share his knowledge. No midterms, or finals, just weekly packets which weren't hard but were a lot of work everyweek. In class we would watch a movies and take notes which were a part of the weekly homework packets. Easy A if you want it.

Prof. Fark is the best! This is definately an EASY class. However, it does require a lot of "busy work" (reading, notes). He is very understanding and willing to do what he can for his students. Very sweet man!

Really nice guy, went on 4 fieldtrips, every other week was no class because we were to "work on our assignments" but no one ever did. We had one small quiz which wasn't worth alot and an end of the semester project and paper. Very easy. Take him.
