I took an online summer class, and felt like it was all busy work. Poor communication. Was given notice that we could not form a group for our project 4 days after we submitted the request, and after the first assignment was due. Some type of work due every other day. Way too much work. No tests, except for reading quizzes.

Even though he has an accent he is an extremely caring professor and his exams are OPEN NOTE! He adds 10 points to every exam, easy assignments, and easy lectures. I would 100% take his class again it's an easy A if you show up and put minimal effort. He is so nice, easy going, and a quick grader. If you need a comm class TAKE THIS PROFESSOR.

I enjoyed this class with Dr. Huang. I took this class in a mayterm and it was a piece of cake, just show up and do the 4 speeches and you will do great in this class. He was super responsive to my emails and was easy to work with.

He's a super sweet guy, but very hard to understand. I wouldn't take him again simply for the fact that his accent makes it hard to know what he is saying during his lectures. the exams are pretty hard even though they're all open note- you'd practically have to know that whole book to ace the test. but Huang is a super nice guy.

Huang is really nice and is willing to help you out and your grade. However his exams are kind of hard to understand even though they are open notes. (not open book). the exam brought my grade down. however there was no final exam so that was awesome. I would take him for Comm1071 not comm 1076. Cause comm 1076 was way HARDER with him

I learned more from the textbook. He's a nice man, but not an efficient comm. teacher. He doesn't understand English very well and he is hard to understand. His tests are confusing. While he lets you use notes, the 'right' answer is something entirely different from the book. Attendance is graded. It's not an easy A. There is no final, however.

he doesn't speak too well of English but hes very laid back and you do a lot of group work. also their is no finale exam. all most all your grades are from the outline of the speech and your speech. you have to give 5 speechs. very easy class and easy grade

He's a very sweet and humorous old man, but he's very boring. He assigns reading, and then goes over the exact same thing that was in the book. All of the tests are open note. It is a very very easy class, just kind of tedious.

Tests are hard but open notes. You still wont get a great grade on the tests just because he words them very oddly, but do good on your speeches and youll get an A. He is hard to understand but is always willing to help. It is not as painful of a class as you would expect.

Very poor professor. Reads straight out of the textbook for class discussions. Speeches are easy, but tests are extremely difficult since they are all based on minute details from the book. Yes, they are open-note, but you'd have to transcribe the whole book to have everything ready.
