Assignments easy and straight foward. Midterm/Final is ridiculous. Has nothing cover through assignments. i got a 100% on every assignment but barely managed to get a C from the midterm and final. If you want a teacher who does not teach about midterms/finals, but gives easy assignments, this is your go to

For a technology class, she should be demonstrating how to use the technology. Does not provide clear guidelines for assignments. Did not create a single tailored instruction specific to assignments, just copies 3rd party sources which were often inadequate. Lacks interpersonal skills (rude) and empathy for students.

Comment:

Professor Rifkin is fantastic. I took her online, you have a discussion and assignment every week. As well as 2 tests for the semester. I love that she gives feedback for everything you do, makes it very personable experience! Keep up with the discussions and assignments, and you'll do extremely well. It is all about quality, not quantity.

I love Professor Rifkin! Teaches very well, and very informative. I appreciated her personal touches and sensitivity in my physical ailments at that time, and she was very understanding towards that and even offered to help me with my health thereafter the course ended!

This class is super easy but YOU WILL NEED THE BOOK. Alot of the work is easy but having the book will help you get an A or B each assignment. The teacher is helpful even though you won't need much help from her because she is very clear and the work easy.

Great professor! Assignments are in depth and it makes it so that you HAVE to do it which is great. You really have to learn something to pass the class. Very friendly professor and she gives tons of extra credit. I think I ended up with a 106%. Amazing class!

Her class isn't difficult. Some things are hard to understand like how to do the EPI portfolio, concept map, student database, and podcast for her class. This class would be better done in a class where you can see the instructor work with the technology, not online. The teacher sometimes is impatient and insensitive.

Took her online. I really like her! Quick to resond to emails, grading and assignments are clear. She makes you do LENGTHY assignments, but she comments to let you know she actually read it. Easy A if you do the assignments. MUST MUST have book as all HW and quizzes come straight from it. Take her, I recommend!

Online Course. Enjoyed the class. Mrs. Rifkin was very helpful and encouraging to me. I really enjoyed taking this class. The test was all over the book, but beside that she was great. Follow your syllabus and you will do great. Would and have recommended her class to other students.
