Comment:
Doesn't really know anything about nutrition. Her notes contradict themselves and I swear she just makes up answers to the questions. The only reason the class is hard is because she doesn't teach but then expects you to know things for the midterm and final.

Sometimes is a little disorganized. Only gives a few tests, but the pyramid game is useless and confusing. Very nice, definitely wants you to retain and understand the information for your own benefit.

Easy professor, nice lady. 4 tests and one gets dropped, no quizzes or homework. Notecard on every test. Just copy the problems you do in class on the notecard. Exemptions from final. EASY CLASS.

She is a very nice person but a ditz when teaching. Puts a bunch of notes on board. No partial credit. No HW given. One test gets dropped. Cumulative final. Can use note cards on tests.

Not a horrible teacher but definitely not the greatest. Take her if you are prepared to brown nose the entire semester and laugh at her not funny jokes. She really isnt too helpful with the material. If you don't really understand chemistry i would stay away.

Comment:
Prof Henderson is a really nice professor. Her class consists of power point presentations that can get boring, but she keeps the work load to a minimum with only a few assignments and 3-4 exams. The exams can get tricky, studying is a must. Overall, she is a sweet professor with a sense of humor..just pay attention in class!

Comment:
She is a decent professor-a generally nice woman who is pretty knowledgable about nutrition and the subject matter is interesting. She is a little spacey and her tests can be tricky, seems like she may enjoy tricking students. But still a good class and if you're not really into science, this is a good one to take.

She is a good teacher. She always puts lots of example problems on the board, which usually end up on the test. Some homework is collected. Wants everyone to do well. doesn't take attendance but you should always go to class. Prepare to study a lot. She gives a lot of formulas and constants on the test so you dont have to memorize them

Great Prof, very sweet...labs are graded a little rough but if you put in the effort you will get an A, highly recommended.

Very slow and easy class, boring. Tests are easy and homework's optional, but grade depends partially on discussion board which is not very helpful. Very confusing, makes you second guess yourself even though you've already learned the material. Can't do math, but is nice. Avoid at all costs...

Explains everything well and is genuinely nice. Does not mind giving out all A's if you work for it. Only grades are lab reports.
