Comment:

Dr. Kray is without a doubt the most difficult, stubborn, rude, disrespectful, and hardest to work with teacher I have ever encountered in my entire life throughout schooling. She is unorganized, seemingly makes up a multitude of work on the spot, and largely blames the students for any misunderstanding. I advise anyone and everyone to avoid her.

The class I was taking with Kray was COMM336 Digital Comm. This class was honestly pointless, and she does not care about how you feel or think. Kray and I have met on multiple occasions concerning my grade. she records grades by (.05 or 1point)

The class was Introduction to Film. Instead of learning about different films and how they are made, as it says in the class description, it was a class about different religions. There was no organizational skills, communication skills, or respect for students. She would talk over you if you tried to voice your opinion. Do not take this class!

1- the class I signed up for was introduction to film. It was instead introduction to religion. specifically christian or catholic. I felt as though I was being preached at for 2.5 hours. 2- If you actually voluntarily participate in discussions she will cut you off and speak over you in the most condescending tone.

This is my last semester at Indiana State University and she is by far the WORST professor I have ever had. She can make the most simple class more difficult than it needs to be. She honestly shouldn't even have a job at ISU.

I HATED this course! It is such an easy course, but she makes it hard for students due to her lack of communication, lack of organizational skills, and how she teaches the course. She does not treat students with respect, at times I often felt like she tried to dumb down my questions and embarrass me in front of the class. Avoid course with Kray!

This woman is the most unorganized person I have ever met. We were supposed to go over 3 books in class, barely made it to 2. She is inconsiderate, rude, and all around just bad. The only good thing is that all of her quizzes are w/ a partner and attendance isn't required. Also, I never opened either text book and got an A+ on every quiz.

Had multiple discussion boards when she didn't know what else to do. Changed our group project a couple. Would have us start a project and then not finish it. Graded by decimals (.5/.5) instead of (5/5). Best thing about the class is that you can never read and still pass the quizzes cause you take them and the final with a partner.

Honestly? I dig her. I took 2 classes with her, the Screenwriting class and an independent study Screenwriting class. She's direct, honest, and expects a lot. She will also never hesitate to give criticism.

I read her review before I took this class and was dreading it.. We literally watched movies 90% of the time then talked about how the people communicated. She takes class votes on when assignments should be due. She also lets you discuss answers to tests before turning them in.. that includes the final.

Do not ever take this class with Dr. Kray! She is disrespectful, unorganized, and doesn't know how to teach. I learned absolutely nothing in this class. Just listening to her speak aggravated all the students in my class. She also doesn't teach, she preaches! If you're not a christian, you definitely won't appreciate her even more.

Not very respectful. If you participate (or suck up) you'll probably be okay. Quizzes are done in partners.. Our BB postings were worth a point each.. total BS. Take the final project highly seriously, ask for lots of help and clarification & you'll probably be fine. She will rip you apart during presentations and when you answer questions. You need your books if you plan on passing the quizzes.

This is my 3rd time taking a class with her. I've tried to like her and understood that her personality is the way it is. Now it's to the point where I don't feel comfortable in a classroom with her. She lacks people skills, very condescending to students and any time a student refutes something she takes it as a personal attack on her.

I had Dr. Kray for the screenwriting portion of 290. She's a good person once you get past her tough outer shell. She is picky, very detail-oriented and a little stubborn, but participate, try your hardest, stay on top of the assignments (which are usually due in class) and she will like you. By the end, we were making her laugh every day.

She was a horrible teacher. hard class to take. It was a She was soooo rude, and she tried to help students, but really couldn't. She never graded homework and was slow at getting test grades for us. Was really tough on grading too.
