Comment:
He is a great guy, but horrible teacher for secured transactions. He cannot stay focused and jumps all over the place. He never has a lesson plan or notes just makes examples in his head and then the next class says he made mistakes and we need to change our notes. Ive never received a grade lower then a B+ and Im worried about passing this class

Ted Silver is brilliant . Had him back in the day when he was testing out his own Contracts book. He taught us how to think and how to write which carried through to every class and every exam. Appreciate and learn from him what you can while you have the chance. Always write and speak in full sentences and follow through. He is the real deal

Prof. Silver is an overall good guy. You will learn how to write for the BAR in his class. Hes very easy going and only cares about helping students. Some kids never come to class, but they are missing out because he is a very solid professor.

Ted is a good guy. He is extremely smart and cares about his students. Expect him to "correct" a lot of his own errors on quizes and tests. He sometimes will feed you the wrong information by accident, but always makes up for it. Fed Tax isn't too hard, just study and remember everything he says. Know the code!!!

pay attention to this man. He helped me study for the Bar and is the reason i passed 1st time. Utilize his methods/exam writing style rather than the stupid IRAC and other formulas. His methods will help u succeed in classes in any area of law and will prep u for the bar. I really owe him! Other comments about his appearance/demeanor are irrelevant
